Scientific Review of Lustig's Fat Chance
I don't often put blog posts up on someone else's works of this nature, but I'm going to make an exception because Mark Kern has done a thorough job of looking at some of the "science" Lustig puts forth in his book. {I await the predictable dismissal ;-) }
